Is the Sky Bar close to the old town and the Christmas market?
Yes. Königstraße 11 is right in Nuremberg's old town — two minutes from the main station and a short walk from the main square (Hauptmarkt), where the Christkindlesmarkt takes place in December. A rooftop drink with a view of the lit-up old town is the perfect end to a market visit.

Where is the Sky Bar and how do I get in?
Königstraße 11 in Nuremberg's old town, above the Admiral Boutique Kino — two minutes from the main station. The entrance is the cinema foyer; from there you head upstairs.
Do I need a cinema ticket to visit the Sky Bar?
No. The Sky Bar is a bar in its own right and open to everyone — after work, for a date, a sundowner or simply for the view. Coming before or after a film is just especially convenient.
Can I reserve a table?
Yes, inside the bar — recommended at weekends. The lounges on the terrace cannot be reserved; if you want one, come early.
When is the Sky Bar open?
Wednesday to Sunday from the late afternoon, Friday and Saturday late into the night. Current hours are at the top of this page and on Google.
What is there to eat?
Pinsa from the stone oven, freshly prepared salads, loaded nachos, small plates and desserts — the full menu is available as a PDF above.
Are there vegan and alcohol-free options?
Yes. Vegan pinsa and vegan dishes are always on the menu, plus a wide choice of alcohol-free cocktails and drinks — mixed just as fresh.
What can you see from the terrace?
Across the rooftops of the old town all the way to the Imperial Castle — the view that makes many guests call the Sky Bar the best bar in Nuremberg. Sunset from the roof terrace is the best moment of the day.
Where can I park?
In the Findelgasse, Galerie and Adlerstraße car parks, each a few minutes on foot. By train: Nuremberg main station (Hauptbahnhof) is two minutes away — the Sky Bar is one of the closest cocktail bars to the station.
Can I book the Sky Bar for a company event or a birthday?
Yes — for company events, birthdays and receptions with a view, on request and happily combined with a private cinema screening. Just write to us.
